We strive to get your Fascia Sticks to you quickly and reliably so you can start feeling better, moving better, and performing better as soon as possible.
1. Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
- Processing time begins once your payment is verified.
- Custom or personalized orders may take longer; we'll notify you via email if this applies.
2. Shipping Methods & Carriers
We ship Fascia Sticks via USPS
- Most orders ship as small parcels ( Priority Mail, or Ground).
- Tracking numbers are provided automatically via email once your order ships.
3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates (United States)
- Free standard shipping on all orders over $40 within the contiguous United States (48 states).
- Orders under $40: Standard Shipping Rate
- Alaska, Hawaii, & U.S. Territories: Calculated at checkout (higher rates may apply due to location).

Estimated delivery times (after processing):
- Continental U.S.: 3–7 business days
- Alaska & Hawaii: 5–10 business days
- These are carrier estimates and not guaranteed; delays can occur due to weather, holidays, or carrier volume.
4. International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations. International rates, duties, taxes, and customs fees are calculated at checkout and are the customer's responsibility.
- Delivery times vary widely (typically 7-21 business days).
- We are not responsible for delays, customs holds, or additional fees imposed by your country's customs office.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can also check status anytime in your account dashboard or directly on the carrier's website.
6. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
- If your package shows as delivered but you haven't received it, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.
- For damaged items: Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. We'll arrange a replacement or refund per our Return Policy.
- We work with carriers to resolve issues, but ultimate responsibility for claims may rest with the carrier once the package leaves our facility.
7. Important Notes
- We cannot change or reroute shipments once they are in transit.
- All shipping times are estimates only and not guaranteed.
