Amazing and simple tool

As a licensed massage therapist I can not recommend this product enough. I use on myself and clients to produce fantastic results especially with deep trigger point that can be difficult to access and resolve. Plan to buy more for friends and family.

The best tool of my life

Relief in a stick

I work with my hands as a chiropractor, and the fascia stick has helped me restore mobility to my once stiff hands. Doing pushups now, I can feel the increased body awareness about my hand as the brain senses more clearly as fluidity returns to the tissue. The small end is perfect for the hand, and the spherical tip
provides a gentle release. Recommend for use on the feet. Between phones in our hands, and restricting shoes on our feet, our hands and feet need some love. Highly recommend this tool.
