These sticks are AWESOME !! i have an injured hand and high-arched tight feet and these sticks are the best for activating the muscles in the narrow chanels between the toe ligaments and the lumbricals of the hand without my digging my nails iinto my own skin if i had to do this usig just my hands....i use the fascia stick for the muscles of my ankle for range of motion improvement, my neck, hands, forearms, chest and anywhere i feel tight. I ordered more of them to keep onmy night table, my desk, my gym bag and my handbag, THEY ARE THAT GOOD !!! The customer service team is an absolute pleasure to work with and i loved the personalized touch of a hand written note on my order!! This is a great product backed by some great people. I have the percussion t-gun, the fascia blaster, the tiger tail, and more yet none have activated and released as good as these little sticks!!!
