Love my fascia sticks ! Thank you guys

I carry this around in my pocket, bag, wherever I go. Easy to use and gets in those spots that are hard to pinpoint or focus on. I have the stainless steel stick. Worth it.

I work with my hands as a chiropractor, and the fascia stick has helped me restore mobility to my once stiff hands. Doing pushups now, I can feel the increased body awareness about my hand as the brain senses more clearly as fluidity returns to the tissue. The small end is perfect for the hand, and the spherical tip
provides a gentle release. Recommend for use on the feet. Between phones in our hands, and restricting shoes on our feet, our hands and feet need some love. Highly recommend this tool.
